Job description
A reputable, high-performing brand is looking for a process improvement professional with an outstanding track record of delivery. Lean Six Sigma expertise and a can-do attitude, are sought in equal measure. You will be analysing existing processes, suggesting best practice and weaving Lean methodology into fabric of the finance department. This role will include coaching motivating and inspiring the team, requiring four days per week in the office, and one day from home.
Your responsibilities
Stability across the finance department will be your initial goal, but there are also large-scale transformation projects on the horizon. You will ensure that projects are commercially assessed and align with business strategy, developing the Lean 6 Sigma knowledge of the Finance Team. Any previous process improvement exposure centred specifically around Accounts Payable will be of particular interest, but is not essential.
Skills & experience
- Lean 6 Sigma experience – Minimum Green Belt
- Proven track record in delivering process improvements
- Delivery of a continuous improvement program
- IT literate especially Excel and Word
- Strong project management skills
- Great Leadership skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Able to coach, motivate and inspire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong organisation and planning ability
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
